Welcome to our home away from home. We work hard to make your stay as pleasant as
possible. Please treat our properties as you would treat you own. We
have many satisfied clients and always appreciate respectful tenants.
We pride ourselves on providing a
clean/allergy free environment for our clients. There are two rules we
don’t take lightly.
1.
No Smoking On the premises (including on the deck) by
renters and/or their guests.
2.
No Pets
of any kind are permitted on the premises.
Yellowfin Condo Rentals pursues these violations aggressively.
If Pets are found on the property, or
smoking has taken place, the tenant faces immediate eviction and remainder
of the rent on the remaining term of the lease will come due for violation
of the lease terms. If at check-out, the tenant has been found to have
violated the “no smoking” and “no pets” terms of the lease, tenant will
forfeit security deposit and a minimum additional charge
of $500 to pay for various cleaning charges to make the property
acceptable for our other guests. Tenant agrees in advance to these
conditions and charges, and the charges are at the sole discretion of the
rental agent.
Large occasions or parties, such as
weddings or large family get-togethers, are not permitted on the
properties except with our written permission.
The
property keys are very expensive to replace. The replacement charge for
lost keys is $100 per set. Loss of a single key in the set will result in
the replacement charge.
A
lockout fee of $50 will be charged if the lockout occurs between 5:00pm
and 9:00am.
Prohibited vehicles:
Trailers, U-Hauls, Motor Homes, Motorcycles and/or commercial vehicles. No
watercraft trailers (boats, jet ski's, etc) are permitted on the property.
No exceptions.
Each property has a limit of 5 persons, including adults and children. Renter understands
that Yellowfin Condo Rentals will accept families, married couples, and
responsible adults 25 years of age and older, with the exception of
married couples where at least one of the individuals is at least 25 years
of age. The persons) signing the lease must occupy the property 100% of
the time.
Each property enjoys parking for two vehicles only.
One parking sticker is for the covered parking garage and near the condo
entrance, and the other parking sticker is for the general parking area on
the property.
No
candles are permitted. No smelly foods are permitted. No fish cleaning on
the premises.
Full payment of rent is due at least 60
days prior to arrival. Rent is payable by check for US funds, money orders
for US funds, certified check only, or via Paypal. All rents are quoted in
U.S. dollars.
Check-out is by 9:00 am the day of
departure, and check-in is at 4:00pm the day of arrival. No refunds will
be given for any situation involving weather, including hurricanes or
tornadoes, and either cancellation or interruption of your rental period.
Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.
ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00 P.M.
The occupancy of the Property, and the use of community walkways and
common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb
others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children.
Tenant must
act, and require all other persons to act, in a manner that does not
unreasonably disturb any neighbors or constitute a breach of the peace.
Tenant
shall not keep any dangerous or flammable items that might increase
the danger of fire or damage on the Premises without the Landlord’s
consent. Tenant shall not create any environmental hazards on or
about the Premises. Tenant shall not destroy, deface, damage,
impair, or remove any part of the Premises belonging to Landlord
(or Owner), nor permit any person to do so. Tenant shall not paint,
paper, or otherwise redecorate or make alterations to the Premises.
We pride ourselves on maintaining the
properties in the best condition for your enjoyment. Even the best
properties and newest equipment has occasional malfunctions and
breakdowns. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the rental agent of
such breakdowns as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that all of the
property’s equipment will be working 100% of the time. Refunds will not be
issued due to malfunctioning equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. We
do not give refunds for any building construction noise, should it take
place.
FURNISHINGS:
Tenant understands that the Property and its furnishings are privately
owned. Neither the Landlord nor the Owner shall be responsible for
providing any additional furnishings or equipment not specified in the
literature. The Owners have
completely furnished their rental units with all the necessities. They
want you to enjoy their Florida home as they do. Please treat their
possessions as you would your own. |
